It is much easier for us if your team can give us a couple of dates to work with for your photo session. It is easier to determine if your team will all be available than for us to give you a date and try to fit everyone in. 

Find out what dates work for everyone and then email or text us with the dates. 

You will also want to submit your teams roster information. On this form, you can provide team name and contact info, roster, banner or poster title and other important information.

Once you determine your dates and contact us, let your team know. They can access info on the photo session where they can download our order form, order online and get important information on what to bring to the shoot.

Photo Shoot Day

Depending on the size of the team, team sessions last approximately 1 hour per 15 subjects. Multi-team sessions will be planned according to time slots. 

You will need to bring all your equipment, including catchers's gear, football helmets and pads, shin guards for soccer and cleats. 

After your child has their photo taken, parents and players, if both present, are required to select their favorite photo EVEN if they are not ordering anything. We do this to avoid having to post or email photos, which can be a time consuming process. 

We will use the photos selected the day of the photo shoot in any posters. Photos for team photos may be changed for layout purposes.

PLEASE NOTE: CineMagic Sportsline has developed their process for many years and through trial and error, we have implemented the following standards.


Q. Why do you shoot on green screens. Will the background be green on my poster?

A. We shoot on green screens because it makes cutting out individual players much easier so we can drop them on our backgrounds. Our green screen software automatically removes any green from the photo and isolates just the player.

Q. How long does it take to get our team banner?

A. It can be as little as a few days depending on the day of the week your photo shoot is. Typically, we allow at least a full week for designing and proofing. It also will depend on how busy we are. In the heart of baseball season, Feb-mid April, we are designing and printing nearly every day.

Q. How long does it take to get our posters?

A. Like the answer above, it will depend on the time of year and amount of work. Keep in mind, we do not know if we will be designing 10 posters a week or 200. But typically the turnaround lands within the 3-4 week range. Earlier in the season turnaround can be quicker.

Q. What if I cannot make it to the photo shoot?

A. Because we only do on locations shoots, we ask that you show up at another local photo shoot. During football season, we are set up every Sunday from Sept to mid November at various locations. For baseball and softball, from Jan-June we are always set up somewhere. Please do your best to be at your photo shoot. 

Q. Why are orders due the day of the photo shoot?

A. Having done this for many years, it has become necessary to require orders to be placed on the day of the photo shoot. The reasons are many but mainly because it is important for us to design all the posters for any given team at one time. This saves us lots of time as opposed to doing them one at a time as they come. If you absolutely cannot order the day of the photo shoot we can make exceptions. 

Q. Can we put our sponsors on our banner?

A. Yes. You can put as many sponsors as you wish. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for making sure the spelling is correct. 

Unfortunately, we do not put logos on the banners, except in rare cases. There is a per logo charge of $10.

Below is a step-by-step guide to setting up a photo session with us. Use the page to refer back to certain steps in the process and access important submission forms. Steps may vary from team to team. This guide is meant to give basic information.

Then what...?

If you are ordering a team banner, we begin the process right away. We will proof the banner with you until you are satisfied. 

For Senior Banners: Depending on your deadline, we will put your banners up for proofing as soon as we can. Usually a couple of days. However, if you need them quickly we can have them ready in as little as 2-3 days. You will then proof them on a password protected gallery on our website.

For individual posters, we will put them online about 10 days after the photo shoot. From the password protected gallery, you will be able to view your poster and either approve it or request edits. It is very important that you approve your poster. We do not ship posters out until they are approved.
