By requesting your refund, you agree that you will not use your poster or banner proof, or yard sign or decal proof for any reason be it social media post, poster print, sharing via email or any online outlet, or any other form of media, including print or electronic means.
CineMagic maintains the copyright to all images that a refund has been requested of.
Refunds are only available on issues that cannot be fixed. Misspelled names, blemishes etc are all issues that can be fixed. CineMagic reserves the right to fix any mistakes or issues you may have at our discretion. We cannot issue refunds once the work has been done and images have been accessed by customers. Any issues with photos should be addressed the night of the photo shoot when photos are viewed.
