Portage Senior Athletes
Registration Required.
This is your banner registration page. We put this together to gather needed info on your light pole banners, such as your sponsor and correct spelling of your child's name.
Please use the form on this page to help us determine your needs. Please include your sponsor name, if you have one. You will turn your all payments to the Athletic Dept.
Banners will be hung from Sept 1 thru October 31st. You will receive your banner after they are taken down.
Your student will be taking their photos on August 4th the same day as yearbook photos.
COST OF BANNER IS $175.00
